Tui Balms Bug Balm is a natural repellent that offers effective protection against a variety of insects, including sandflies, mosquitoes, bed bugs, midges, leaches, and horse flies.

 Its concentrated formula is derived from Java Citronella grass and contains Citrepel 75R (also known as PMD), the sole natural repellent ingredient endorsed by the Centre of Disease Control & Prevention for preventing insect-borne diseases.

Additionally, the vitamin E aids in the healing of bitten areas, while lavender oil soothes itching from existing bites.

This balm also serves as an everyday skin conditioner, particularly beneficial after exposure to the elements.

 

Active Ingredients

Olive oil (Olea europaea), organic NZ beeswax (Cera alba), Citrepel 75R/PMD, organic Java Citronella essential oil (Cymbopogon winterianus), Lavender essential oil (Lavendula angustifolia), Neem essential oil (Azadirachta indica), Vitamin E (E-1000 acetate tocopherole), Vitamin E (mixed tocopherole T-70)

Dosage

Apply liberally to all exposed areas of skin. Rub in well. Reapply every 2 hours. 

Suitable to use from 6 months of age.

Warnings

Use with caution around eyes.

Avoid broken skin and keep the pot away from children.

For external use only.

In rare cases, may cause skin irritation.
