Tawari Honey
Tawari honey is produced from the Ixerba brexioides (tawari) tree, found in New Zealand's Northland and Coromandel regions. It has a delicate, butterscotch-like flavour and is one of New Zealand's rarest specialty honeys — produced in small quantities from a limited foraging season.
