Equiv. total elemental magnesium 300 mg
VITAMIN C (as ascorbic acid from calcium ascorbate dihydrate) 100 mg
ZINC (from zinc amino acid chelate) 3.5 mg
CALCIUM (from calcium citrate and calcium ascorbate dihydrate) 250 mg
Dosage
ADULT: Mix 1 ½ level metric teaspoons (5 g) with 200 mL of water or juice, take once daily, or as directed by a healthcare professional.Warnings
