Solgar Skin,Nails and Hair is a formula designed to deliver many nutrients which cannot be externally delivered to the body.
It is designed to support the skin and hair and nails by building up the collagen and keratin, which constitute the major building blocks for these areas.Collagen and keratin naturally decrease with aging and this product replaces these losses.
MSM is also added to support strong hair and strong nails and to provide a supple skin.
