Dosage
Adults: The daily dose is 1 capsule 2 to 3 times daily shortly before or with meals with a glass of water.
The maximum daily dose is 3 capsules (one directly before or with each main meal). Users should be advised not to exceed the maximum daily dose of 1,575 mg (3 capsules).
Capsules should be swallowed whole with a sufficient amount of fluid (at least 100 ml).
Warnings
Users should continue to have their blood glucose and cholesterol levels checked regularly.
Healthcare supplements and/or complementary medicines should not replace a balanced diet.
Users should continue to adhere to any prescribed dietary restrictions.
