Description

Solgar Vitamin B-Complex "100" Vegecaps contains vitamins B1, B2, B3 and biotin (which are important in a variety of processes involved in the production of energy); vitamin B12 and folic acid (which is involved in cell division); and vitamin B6 (which is required for amino acid metabolism).

Each of these vitamins are also involved in many other functions.

Pantothenic Acid (from D-Ca pantothenate) 100 mg
Inositol 100 mg
Choline (as choline bitartrate) 20 mg

Active Ingredients

Vegetable cellulose, vegetable magnesium stearate, silica, microcrystalline cellulose.

Dosage

As a dietary supplement for adults, take one (1) vegetable capsule daily, preferably with a meal or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
