Solgar Pyridoxal 5 phosphate is a co-enzyme form of vitamin B6 and is useful to aid metabolism of carbohydrates, proteins and amino acids.
Vitamin B6 is required for many body functions including the manufacture of hormones, serotonin , melatonin and dopamine.
This vitamin may have an effect on the mood support and also may be supportive for those with morning sickness.
Active Ingredients
Each tablet contains:
Calcium (as dicalcium phosphate) 65 mg Pyridoxal-5-Phosphate 50 mg
Other Ingredients: Dicalcium Phosphate, Vegetable Cellulose, Methacrylic Acid, Vegetable Magnesium Stearate, Vegetable Glycerin, Riboflavin, Titanium Dioxide, Glyceryl Triacetate, Carnauba Wax.
Solgar's Pyridoxal-5-Phosphate Tablets are free of corn, yeast, wheat, soy and dairy products and are formulated without the use of preservatives, artificial flavors or colors.
Dosage
