Prunus cerasus (Tart Cherry) extract (dry equiv. 600mg) promotes levels of exogenous melatonin.
Matricaria recutita (Chamomile) extract (dry equiv. 500mg) calms and promotes sleep.
Eschscholtzia californica (California Poppy) extract (dry equiv. 200mg) is an anxiolytic and supports sleep.
Dosage
- 1-2 tablets daily a hour before bedtime or as professionally prescribed.
