Each capsule contains:

Saw Palmetto oil 45:1 (85-95% fatty acids) 160 mg
Equivalent to 7.2g dried fruit
Rye pollen powder extract 4:150 mg
Equivalent to 200mg dried herb
Stinging Nettle root extract 10:1 (0.8% B-sitosterol) 300 mg
Equivalent to 3g dried herb
Pumpkin seed oil (80% unsaturated fatty acids) 320 mg
Beta-sitosterol (pine) (70% B-sitosterol) 86 mg
Zinc citrate (32% zinc) 47 mg
provides 15mg elemental zinc
Selenomethionine (0.2% selenium) 50 mg
provides 100mcg selenium
Lycopene oil (5% lycopene) 200 mg
provides 10mg lycopene
Vitamin D3 1000 IU

Adults: Take 1 softgel capsule per day with food or as directed by your health professional.
