Apicare very hardworkers hand creme is especially formulated for badly damaged and cracked hands.
It contains a thick beeswax and is also packed with sweet almond oil and other botanical oils to replace those oils that are lost in very dry skin.
It also has active manuka honey to help hydrate the skin.
Although this is a hand cream, it can also be used on elbows, heels , knees and cuticles or anywhere requiring extra moisturising.
