Each capsule contains:

• Laminaria japonica (Kombu) standardised extract equivalent to fresh seaweed 3g Providing Fucoxanthin(Contains naturally occurring Iodine 85mcg) 10mg
• Acai (Euterpe oleracea) Fruit Powder(Standardised extract equivalent to fresh fruit 500mg) 125mg

Also contains vegetarian hypromellose capsule, rice starch, maltodextrin

Adults: Take 1 capsule three times daily with food.
