Each capsule contains:Biotin 5000mcg,
Calcium (as dicalcium phosphate) 148mg,
Phosphorus (as dicalcium phosphate) 115mg.
Also contains microcrystalline cellulose, vegetable cellulose, vegetable magnesium stearate, silica.
Dosage
- As a dietary supplement for adults, take one (1) vegetable capsule daily, preferably with a meal or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
