Optifast (very low calorie diet) VLCD in bar form is a convenient approach to weight management.
It involves a meal replacement program, where Optifast is substituted for a meal.
This, in combination with a regular exercise regime, aids in a weight management regime.

Replace all meals with three bars and additionally consume at least 2 litres of calorie free liquids and up to 2 cups of low starch vegetables daily.A program of regular light exercise enhances the success rate.
