Optifast VLCD is a meal replacement weight management regime incorporating a very low calorie diet (VLCD).
Optifast products are designed for use in people with a BMI of 27 or over.
This product is taken as a total diet replacement for 12 weeks, after which you make a gradual transition back to normal meals.
It is beneficial to embark on an exercise regime also to improve your chances of success.

Mix One sachet of Optifast with 200ml of cold or warm water.Stir vigorously with a whisk or fork. Leave to stand for 5 minutes in the refrigerator and use within 24 hours.Drink One sachet as a replacement for a meal three times daily for 12 weeks.
It is important to drink at least 2 litres of fluid per day also.
Warnings
Not suitable for pregnant or lactating women,infants, children, adolescents or people over the age of 65 years.May contain traces of egg and/or nuts.
