Optifast VLCD Bar Berry Crunch

Optifast (very low calorie diet) VLCD in bar form is a convenient approach to weight management.
It involves a meal replacement program, where Optifast is substituted for a meal.
This, in combination with a regular exercise regime, aids the removal of excess fat from the body.

Soy protein, milk chocolate, sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa mass, emulsifier (soy lecithin), soy granulate, fructose-glucose syrup, vitamins & minerals-potassium phosphate, tricalcium phosphate, magnesium oxide, ferric pyrophosphate, ascorbic acid, nicotinamide, zinc oxide, tocopheryl acetate, copper sulphate, calcium pantothenate, manganese sulfate, riboflavin, pyridoxine hcl, thiamine hcl, retinyl acetate, folic acid, sodium selenite, potassium iodide, biotin, cholecalciferol, cyanobalamin, tapioca starch, apple, blueberry, black currant, strawberry, cherry.

Replace all meals with three bars and additionally consume at least 2 litres of calorie free liquids and up to 2 cups of low starch vegetables daily.

A program of regular light exercise enhances the success rate.

Unsuitable for pregnant or lactating women, infants, children, adolescents or people over 65 years of age.
