Blackmores Evening Primrose Oil & Fish Oil contains omega-3 and 6 essential fatty acids which is sourced from cold water fishes such as salmon, sardines, mackerel and anchovy.
These fatty acids may be useful for supporting joints, energy production, supporting the nervous system, and is beneficial for skin and hair care and general maintenance of well-being and health. The fatty acids are combined in one capsule that is convenient to use.

Dosage

For general health and wellbeing:Adults– Take 3 capsules once a day, or as professionally prescribed. Take with food
For skin and as an anti-inflammatory:Adults– Take 7 capsules per day or as professionally prescribed. Take with food

For healthy growth and development:Children 3+- Pierce and squeeze 2 capsules once a day into milk, juice or cereal and consume immediately, or as professionally prescribed
