This product provides calcium citrate, a form of calcium that is highly absorbable (20 to 66% greater than calcium carbonate) and has a high bioavailability.
It also contains hydroxyapatite (the calcium-containing part of bone matrix and teeth that gives them rigidity).
The formulation also includes vitamin D3 (required for calcium transport across the lumen of the gut) and magnesium (which is needed in the bone remodelling process since it helps in calcium utilisation).
