Each MgLax Natural Laxative capsule contains:
Magnesium oxide 241mg, Magnesium sulphate 50mg, Ascorbic acid 50mg, Vitamin B6 2mg, Sodium chloride 5mg, Potassium chloride 10mg, Aloe vera leaf 50mg, Fennel seed powder 50mg.
Dosage
Rapid Dose:Adults take 4 MgLax Natural Laxative capsules three times daily for up to 3 days. Results may occur within 3-6 hours.
Mild Dose:Adults take 5 MgLax Natural Laxative capsules daily for up to 2 weeks.Best taken between meals on an empty stomach for laxative effect. Drink 1 to 3 litres of water daily while taking laxative dose.
