Active Ingredients
Vitex agnus castus (400mg), Ashwagandha (300mg), Atlantic kelp (100mcg), Ginkgo biloba (320mg), and the ever-important Zinc (15mg).
NO - gluten, yeast, soy protein, milk/dairy, corn, sodium, sugar, starch, artificial colouring, preservatives or flavouring.
Dosage
Take 2 capsules daily throughout the month, or as directed by your GP. We recommend taking them at the same time each morning to fit with our hormonal circadian rhythm.Warnings
Period Pal is not recommended for those 18 and under, with nightshade allergies or sensitivities to the listed ingredients, who are pregnant, or breastfeeding. Those on thyroid medication should consult their GP before use as this product contains Iodine. Recommended to be taken away from medications.
