Other Ingredients: Brown rice flour in a clear vegetable capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose)

Contains caffeine (11 mg per capsule).

Adults 18 years and older: Take 1 capsule with or after breakfast.

Do not exceed the recommended maximum dose of 1 capsule per day.
