Each capsule contains Berberine HCL 500 mg [obtained from Berberis aristata DC. (tree turmeric) root extract];
Origine 8® Camellia sinensis (L.) Kuntze (green tea) 125 mg (leaves; 75 mg green tea 4:1 extract standardized to contain 32 mg EGCG and providing 300 mg of dried herb equivalent and with 50 mg phosphatidylcholine complex from the liposomal bilayer);
Chromium polynicotinate 208 µg equivalent to elemental chromium 25 µg
CONTAINS CAFFEINE Contains 5.5 mg caffeine per capsule.
Other ingredients Silica and Organic Nu-Rice® in a clear vegetable capsule.
Contains no known allergens, no sugar or gluten, no artificial flavors or preservatives.

Adults: The daily dose is 1 capsule 2 to 3 times daily shortly before or with meals with a glass of water.

The maximum daily dose is 3 capsules (one directly before or with each main meal).

Capsules should be swallowed whole with a sufficient amount of fluid (at least 100 ml).

Users should continue to have their blood glucose and cholesterol levels checked regularly.

Healthcare supplements and/or complementary medicines should not replace a balanced diet.

Users should continue to adhere to any prescribed dietary restrictions.
