Dosage
BePure InnerCalm can be taken daily (for up to 6 months) or as needed.
Recommended daily dose:
3 x capsules with food
Warnings
Not suitable to take when pregnant or breastfeeding.
Not suitable for those under 18.
This product is not designed to be taken continually for longer than 6 months.
If you have a known liver disease, please do not take this product as it contains Kava Kava.
Take caution with barbiturates or sedatives as Kava Kava may enhance the effects of these medications.
Not suitable to take alongside alcohol, benzodiazepines or CNS depressants. Other classes of antidepressants such as SSRIs or anti-anxiety medication can be used alongside InnerCalm. We recommend checking in with your doctor or giving our team a call if you aren't sure.
If you are currently taking medication, we recommend consulting with your healthcare professional for any contraindications.
If anticipating surgery, cease use 2 weeks prior.
