Each serving (2 capsules) contains:

Zinc (as zinc amino acid chelate) 14mg,
Chromium (as chromium picolinate) 500mcg,
Cinnamon (Cinnamomum cassia) extract bark (equivalent to 2400mg cinnamon bark dry) 200mg,
MitoQ (mitoquinol mesylate) 10mg.
