Lifestream Quick Calm helps to calm quickly, releasing in under 5 minutes.
This unique formula includes scientifically researched Bluenesse, a unique Lemon Balm extract, and Ashwagandha, an adaptogen, for nervous system and adrenal support.
Helps to lessen feelings of stress, tension and worry while supporting mental focus and calm.
Unique building effect over an hour to lower cortisol levels in the body to support feelings of calmness and relaxation.

Each capsule contains:

Bluenesse (Lemon Balm Extract Melissa officinalis) 300mg,
Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) 1500mg.

Adults: Take 1-2 capsules daily with food. Alternatively, for extra support take one capsule morning and evening with food.
Children 12 years and over: Take 1 capsule daily either morning or night.
