Dosage
ADULTS (Ages 12+): 3 capsules daily for everyday immune support, or 3 capsules in the morning and 3 in the evening at the first signs of any ills or chills.
CHILDREN (Ages 9-12): 2 capsules daily for everyday immune support, or 2 capsules in the morning and 2 in the evening for acute support. (Ages 6-8): 1 capsule daily as needed.
Warnings
Not suitable to take when pregnant and breastfeeding.
Not suitable if you are on blood thinning, immunosuppressants or anti-diabetic medication.
