Weleda Rash Relief Cream assists in the support of skin irritation, including nappy rash, in babies and children.
The calendula, Aloe, Echinacea and Hypericum are antiseptic and reduce redness and soreness in the skin.
The chamomile and nettle are soothing and reduce irritation, while the witchazel is astringent.
The zinc is protective and antiseptic.
