Magnesium is essential for bone,protein,and fatty acid formation along with activation of B group vitamins, relaxation of muscles, and forming ATP (adenosine triphosphate) which provides the energy the body runs on.
Insulin action and secretion also require magnesium.
Magnesium may support the cardiovascular system and the circulatory system along with muscle function support.
