This product has a gentle, calming influence and toning effect on the nervous system. It supports relief from tension and irritability as St Johnâ€™s Wort has a calming effect. It provides support for mood balance during menopause and pre-menstrually.

Can be used for bladder health. Cleansing properties make it an excellent wash. It also can assist healing of wounds and bruises.

Dosage

Take straight or in 50mls of boiled water as a tea.
