These softgels are half the size of a standard capsule and contain a high-potency formula ideal for adults, pregnant women, teenagers and children. These softgels are half the size of a standard softgel, making them easier to take. Ingredients: Per 3 Capsules: Fish oil from anchovy, sardine and/or mackerel 1500mg (500mg per capsule) (contains antioxidant [mixed tocopherols]), Gelatin capsule (gelatin, glycerol, water). Tested for mercury, lead and PCBs. EACH 3 CAPSULES CONTAIN: Eicosapentaenoic Acid (EPA) 120mg* Docosahexaenoic Acid (DHA) 480mg* *Tested as ethyl esters
Dosage
ADULTS: Take 3 capsules per day with food.
CHILDREN OVER 7 YEARS OF AGE: Take 1 capsule per day with food.
CHILDREN UNDER 7 YEARS OF AGE: Cut or pierce softgel, mix with drink or food, alternately squeeze oil directly into mouth. Not suitable for children under 1 year of age. Do not exceed recommended daily intake.
