Much of the information on this site is supplied by manufacturers and Health Delivery is not liable for any inaccuracies or errors with the product information.

Goods purchased are the buyers responsibility and Health Delivery takes no liability as to any side effects or other negative results pertaining to the use of any supplements.
We sell these products with the understanding that the purchaser has obtained sufficient professional advice or has done sufficient research to use these products safely.

Health Delivery makes sure that all products are regularly updated, but sometimes manufacturers may change the packaging of their products and occasionally these products may not appear on the site in the current revamped packaging.
All products on this site are sold under New Zealand legislation and are all freely available in New Zealand.
It is the buyers responsibility to make sure that all legal requirements pertaining to the purchase of products on this site are adhered to, and it is the buyers responsibility to check with customs in their country that the products they are purchasing are permitted to be imported.
Australians are permitted to purchase a quantity of products for up to 3 months supply,providing they are not on-sold elsewhere
Health Delivery will take no responsibility for goods that are intercepted by customs or other authorities in other countries and will not reimburse the purchaser for goods that are not delivered for this reason.
Health Delivery will not be held responsible for parcels which are undelivered due to incorrect address supplied by the customer
Pricing and content:
Health Delivery takes every care with typography, but errors may occasionally occur either in pricing or content.
Health Delivery reserves the right to correct pricing that has been incorrectly applied, and to refuse to send products with this incorrect pricing. However, Health Delivery will contact the customer by email or phone to check whether the customer is happy to have goods sent at the corrected price.
Health Delivery is a NZ based website and all currency is based upon NZ Prices.For convenience,for our Australian customers,the rates are displayed as Australian dollars.Website currency conversion is done on a regular basis,but bank rates are reviewed more frequently and there may be small differences (plus or minus 1 - 5%) between the website Australian prices and those charged by the bank,as all prices are based upon the NZ dollar rate.
Orders will be processed as they are received. Under normal circumstances, please allow up to 2 days for processing.
Normal hours of business are Monday to Friday, so any orders sent from late Friday to Sunday will be delayed until Monday before they are shipped, due to the unavailability of our shipping contractors.
Orders are shipped under a fixed rate charge system for any orders up to 2 Kg in weight. Occasionally, some products , due to their high weight and low cost, will have additional freight charges, but we will e-mail you if your parcel is one of these.
Delivery of parcels is via international airmail (With track and trace on orders up to 2kg). Deliveries have a 3 to 9 working days timeframe from pickup.
Orders weighing under 2Kg: Flat rate of NZ$11 (This rate is fixed at the checkout for all orders)
For orders over 2Kg: No track and trace (International airmail) We will e-mail you a cost for freight.
New Zealand Customers:
Healthdelivery.com.au does not ship to New Zealand addresses. If you are in New Zealand, we ask that you please order from our sister website www.healthchemist.co.nz.
Other International Customers:
Delivery of parcels is via international airmail. Deliveries have a 6 to 10 working days timeframe form pickup.
Orders weighing under 2Kg: NZ$18 (This rate is fixed at the checkout for all orders)
For orders over 2KG:We will email you a cost for freight.Extra freight can be paid utilising "additional funds" which can be found through the site search.
Privacy and Security:
Health Delivery takes the privacy of our customers very seriously and we guarantee that we will not disclose any of our customer information to any third parties under any circumstances, except when necessary to fulfil your order (Banks and Courier companies)
When you submit any sensitive information such as credit card details, the information is encrypted and protected with highly sophisticated encryption software (SSL), to make it inaccessible to third parties.
Any credit card information goes straight to the bank through a banking portal and Health Delivery has no contact with this information, nor is any of this information stored by Health Delivery.
Like many sites on the web, when you visit our web site a third party Google cookie will be stored in your web browser for the purposes of tracking activity throughout the site including being able to target specific promotions to you. No personally identifiable information is stored in this cookie and you can opt out of interest-based advertising by visiting the Google ad-settings page.
Health Delivery will refund or credit purchased items providing they are unopened and in saleable condition.
Some items cannot be refunded due to health and safety concerns.
Nothing will be accepted back for refund or credit unless we have been given prior notice and if eligible for return, we have given the order a refund authorisation number.
Once the goods are returned back in good condition, we will issue a refund within 20 days, via your initial payment option.
Return freight is the responsibility of the customer and only the value of the goods and not the initial freight will be considered for refund. Utmost care must be taken to pack the goods so they do not become damaged on the return journey.
Goods that are not accepted by the customer and returned to us will incur a cost for the freight to return the goods.The balance less a 10% restocking fee will be refunded to the customer
If you receive goods which are faulty or have been damaged in the post, it would be appreciated if a photo could be taken to aid insurance recovery. We will refund or replace any damaged or faulty products at no charge to the customer.
