Add 30g (approx 3/4 scoop) to 250-300mL water and stir or shake until mixed.
REFUELLING DURING ENDURANCE EXERCISE (lasting over 1 hour): Consume about 1.6g per kilogram of bodyweight.
RECOVERING POST EXERCISE: Consume about 1.6g per kilogram of bodyweight within 40 minutes.
If this product is not sufficient as the sole source of nutrition for your exercise or recovery, ensure 1g to 1.5g of carbohydrate per kg of bodyweight is consumed to meet energy requirements.
