This product provides maltodextrin, a complex carbohydrate - This type of carbohydrate is available in foods like vegetables and fruits and takes longer to be broken down into glucose.
Complex carbohydrates is stored in the form of glycogen, approximately 75% of which is stored in muscle tissue while 25% is stored within the liver. To maintain optimal muscle performance, regular glycogen replacement is necessary.
Glycogen can be used, via a series of processes, to produce ATP (the body's energy source) which supports muscle perfomance.

For Intense or Prolonged Exercise

During Exercise: Consume 1 squeezegel with 300-400mL of water every 20-30 minutes. Water intake is essential to help prevent dehydration.
